My G87 M2 progression continues.
This car continues to be such a joy to modify, walk toward/glance back at, and drive. With a few new exterior carbon pieces, everything exterior-wise is pretty well dialled in.

Long story short, I couldnt be happier with the quality, fitment, and appearance of the kit. It is not inexpensive, but I feel like I truly got what I paid for with it.

So why upgrade your standard iron brakes to Carbon Ceramic brakes?
For Race Applications
- Can withstand much higher temperatures than iron discs & pads, thus reducing the chances of "Brake Fade" significantly
- Do not "warp" or "deform" at extreme track temperatures, thus do not experience uneven pad wear like iron discs & pads do
- Are far more durable than iron discs & pads, thus have a far longer service life
- Are, like-for-like, around 40-50% lighter than the equivalent iron disc, thus significantly reducing "rotating mass"
- Have a higher coefficient of friction than iron discs & pads, thus increasing braking performance
For Street Applications
- Provide a more direct braking feel (you must use the correct pads)
- Improved braking performance in both wet & dry conditions, over the full operational temperature range (again, you must use the correct pads)
- Almost no brake dust whatsoever. Those who regularly wash their cars will most appreciate this
- Less noise, vibration and harshness (NVH. Again, you must use the correct pads)
- Have a service life over 3 times that of iron discs & pads. In other words, they will last you almost the lifetime of your car
- For the show car (yes, we realise some of you may find this cringe), nothing looks better than Carbon Discs that fill your wheels
- For those that already have Carbon Ceramic Brakes on their High-End performance car, superior direct-replacement brakes at 50% of the cost!
As previously mentioned, we already have the G80 fitment available. This comes in at $6965.96 (inc. 10% discount off MSRP) for the Front Pair inc. Pads.
As the F80 uses slighter smaller discs/pads (380mm vs 390mm), this would likely be priced a few hundred $s less.

Hey everyone!
I’ve been a proud member of this forum since 2011, and throughout the years, I’ve had the pleasure of owning two E92 M3s (2008 Space Gray & 2013 Mineral White) and an F82 M4 (Mineral White). Now, I’m back in an Alpine White G80 M3, and let me tell you, this one is on another level of fun!
After a little over a year of enjoying this beast, I decided its finally time to share the journey. So, here’s the official build thread for my G80 M3. Expect regular updates and plenty of pics as the mods keep rolling in. Trust me, you won’t want to miss this.
Let’s rewind a bit: I placed the order on August 22nd, 2022, and took delivery on July 31st, 2023. The wait was excruciatingly long—almost a full year! The original dealership played hardball, constantly pushing me back in line and even suggested I pay a $10k markup to get bumped up. I wasn’t about to drop that kind of cash on an Alpine White M3—maybe for an Individual color, but not this one. So, I canceled the order after months of waiting and, through a buddy in the business, connected with a local dealership. Shoutout to Konrad for making the magic happen and taking care of me!

A typical rainy day in Miami didn’t dampen the excitement. My buddy made sure the M3 was delivered to me, making the whole process smooth and easy. After the full intro and walk-through of the M3’s features, I was even more pumped to finally get behind the wheel. Here she is, right next to my brother’s 740i M Sport.
I’m not a fan of dark tinted windows, so I opted for 70% Ceramic tint all around. It’s almost clear but does an excellent job of keeping the Miami heat at bay. Now, the cabin stays cool no matter how hot it gets outside.
While waiting for the wheels to be made, I received the first set of mods: the AST HAS lowering kit, Yellow DRLs, Alpine White painted front reflectors, and the Carbon Antenna cover.

M Track Day 2024 Report: Monticello Motor Club
I attended an M Track day for the first time yesterday. It was held at Monticello Motor Club in Monticello, NY. Maybe some of you were also in attendance. This was my first time on a track. They had a fleet of comp awd M3s for lead-follow sessions. I lucked out and got my own M3 for the first session so I didnt have to rotate with a partner. It had carbon buckets and carbon ceramic brakes. I understand now why people get these options. Driving the m3 on a track has given me a much deeper appreciation for this car. I may never track my own but can see now what its truly capable of. They are incredible machines. Towards the end, the BMW instructors took the group on a hot lap of the track, which was mind blowing. Other events included autocross with M2s and 0-60 challenge with XM, iX, i4 and i5s. Anyways, Ill be attending again next year. This was the most fun Ive had in years. Heres a few crappy pictures to share.

Picked Up 2025 M3 LCI in Dravit Grey With Silverstone Interior
My wife and I just got our first BMW and couldn’t me more excited..
We started looking at used M3 Comp X drives an early July and couldn’t find anything that we could agree on. I got lucky and stumbled across a 2025 dealer ordered 2025 that hadn’t been claimed yet. Pretty much exactly what we wanted, minus the full leather. I would have added that if it were my custom order, but decided I didn’t want to wait. We have a deposit on the car on 7/29 and it went into production shortly after. Just showed up today.
Dravit grey with silverstone interior. We got lucky and won the tire lottery as well. I’ve had a set of H&R springs and spacers waiting in my garage before the car arrived. Hoping I can get them installed next week along with some window tint and ceramic coating. May add front end PPF. We’ll see…

Currently running two maps. 92 Pump and full E85. Rarely ever on E85 since it’s not readily available in Hawaii and is always privately sold and costs $10/gal. But will run E for special occasions
