1. Si le véhicule est équipé de la Batterie, Gestionnaire de l'Énergie (J644) de la Batterie ou de Diagnostic Manager (J367), veuillez effectuer BST 2025360, 27 Faible



De Charge de la batterie: Diagnostic, Conseils et TAC Instructions avant de continuer avec ce bulletin.



2. Vérifiez que la batterie est bonne, à l'aide de l'un des ci-dessous Bst, selon l'équipement du véhicule:^ BST 2023282, 27 tests de la Batterie et de charge des véhicules avec BDM (J367)



^ BST 2023330, 27 tests de la Batterie et la recharge de véhicules de BEM (J644)



^ BST 2023266, 27 tests de la Batterie et de charge des véhicules sans BDM ou BEM



3. Si la batterie est défectueuse, remplacez-les par les instructions du BST.



4. Déterminer si un tirage au sort qui existe actuellement sur le véhicule à l'aide d'un ampèremètre avec un inductive pick-up, comme le 5051B, ou d'un outil similaire, comme un



Fluke Compteur, afin de vérifier la batterie dessiner à l'aide de la procédure ci-dessous:un. Démarrer le véhicule et le fonctionnement de tous les consommateurs sur le véhicule (radio, les lumières, les sièges chauffants, verrous de portes, toit ouvrant, hayon à commande électrique, etc.)



b. Arrêt du véhicule, ouvert à gauche et à droite devant les portes, le capot et le couvercle arrière. Manuellement loquet ouvert tous les éléments pour accéder aux boîtes à fusibles.



c. Le zéro de l'ampèremètre et de fixer l'ampli de la pince sur le câble négatif de la batterie. Verrouillage de la voiture à l'aide de la télécommande et d'observer l'ampèremètre, qui



devrait spike brièvement que les portes sont fermées. Ceci vous permettra de vérifier l'ampèremètre fonctionne correctement. Le véhicule peut également fournir une confirmationun bip pour confirmer que toutes les portes sont verrouillées, à condition que l'option est activée dans le MMI (le cas échéant).



d. Après 2 heures, l'ampèremètre doit lire en vertu de 0,040 Un (40mA).



Si la lecture est au-dessus de 40mA, essayez de localiser la source de l'excès de tirage par de passer à l'étape 4.



Si le véhicule ne dépasse pas le maximum état de sommeil, consommation de courant, d'effectuer un long terme (pour la nuit) le test de mesure. Enregistrer le long terme

5. Afin de déterminer le potentiel de la source si la consommation de courant, de mesurer la chute de tension dans le véhicule fusibles à l'aide de l'VAS Scantool multimètre Fluke



multimètre ou l'équivalent.



6. À l'aide de la "mV" échelle sur le multimètre, mesurer la chute de tension dans les fusibles en plaçant le fil positif sur un côté de la fusée, et l'



négatif sur l'autre (Figure 1). Prendre la valeur absolue de la lecture de la chute de tension (ignorer les signes négatifs) et faire référence à la chute de tension au tableau dedéterminer la quantité de courant que le circuit est en consomme actuellement. Voir Identification de Cuffent de la Consommation avec l'attachement de la Matrice.



Astuce: en Raison de l'opération de communication au Bus can, il n'est plus possible de simplement tirer des fusibles pour déterminer l'emplacement d'un tirage au sort, que ce

7. Continuez ce processus jusqu'à ce que le fusible avec inappropriée d'un montant de tirage (plus de 40mA) est découvert.8. provoquant un excès de tirage au sort a été identifié. Si les valeurs sont encore trop élevé, répétez les étapes 5 à 7 jusqu'à ce que le composant est identifié.10. Si il est nécessaire de contacter le TAC pour plus d'informations, veuillez préparer les informations suivantes avant l'ouverture du contact. Si le TAC de l'aide est



pas nécessaire, passez à l'étape suivante.



^ Combien de fois est voiture pour une batterie d'une préoccupation?



^ Quand le véhicule?



^ A été remorqué ou sauté?



^ Ce jour, le client a le souci?



^ Est/était la date/heure dans le groupe correct? Si non, quel était/est de la date/affichage du temps?



^ Quand avez-vous commencer à travailler sur la voiture?



^ Qu'est-ce que la batterie numéro de série dans le véhicule?



^ Y a-électriques d'autres préoccupations sur la R. O.?^ Joindre une pleine GFF Journal avec une batterie complète de données sur l'historique et le Maintenir Éveillé lecture (Pour les véhicules équipés d'J367).



^ Joindre des photos de l'amplificateur pour Audi Q7, A4 Avant, ou A6 Avant des véhicules si l'amplificateur ne montre pas de signes évidents de dommages par l'eau.



11. Avant de retourner le véhicule au client, test de la batterie l'état de charge et vérifier qu'il est au-dessus de 85%. Si le SOC est en dessous de cette valeur,



chargez la batterie jusqu'à ce qu'au moins 85% est atteint.

Couple de bâtons et de couple de barres d'extension ne sont pas approuvés par Audi of America, Inc. et ne doit pas être utilisé pour appliquer le couple de serrage pour boulons de roue.



Toujours utiliser une clé dynamométrique calibrée pour atteindre le bon couple de serrage de la roue. La bonne utilisation d'une clé dynamométrique calibrée assure que tous les boulons de roue



sont serrées aussi et réduit les chances de répéter les réparations.En utilisant d'autres méthodes que d'une clé dynamométrique calibrée pour atteindre correct de la roue du couple de serrage peut entraîner les problèmes suivants:

Due to a technical modification to the sealing concept, both internal oil lines must be replaced when performing this repair on steering systems up to

Cause:
The condensation hose (right/left) on the A/C housing may either be dislocated, pinched/crushed (water collects in A/C housing) or leaking, resulting
in water entering the interior.
Remedy:
If the condensation hose (right/left) is dislocated, push it all the way back onto the outlet fitting of the A/C housing and check for tight seating by
pulling gently. If necessary, use a cable tie to additionally fix the condensation hose in place. Never use soapy water or silicone spray to install.
If the condensation hose (right/left) is pinched/crushed, it can be checked for free passage as follows:
1. Use the operating unit to set maximum cooling on both sides.
2. On the vehicle underside, check whether water emerges from the condensation water drains. If no water emerges, the hose is blocked. In this
case, reposition the hose correctly to ensure free passage or replace the hose if it is damaged.
Invoice the damage with reference to the appropriate damage code..

Cause:
1.) Software in navigation module (A2/30).
2.) The tightening torque of the threaded connection between the bracket (A2/30-1) and the glove box is too high. This leads to mechanical stress
between the bracket (A2/30-1) and the navigation module (A2/30).
3.) The LVDS (low voltage differential signal) line is not correctly plugged into the radio (A2).
Note on 3.):
- In vehicles up to and including model year 2012 (code 802), no fault code is logged in the radio (A2); the connector color is blue.

The painting of the rubber boot during production can result in a squeaking noise in the area of the outer joints at full lock.
Remedy:
Raise the vehicle at the front axle, then turn the steering wheel to full lock on both sides while rotating the wheels by hand. If there is a squeaking
noise near the full lock position, the following work procedure is to be performed:
1. Clean boots on left and right outer joints.
2. Coat boots on left and right outer joints with lubricant A 000 989 36 60*.

The enhanced Inspection/Maintenance emission testing program (I/M 240) is in effect in several states.
It is recommended that all vehicles be tested on a 4-wheel dynamometer.
The following vehicle may be tested on a 2-wheel dynamometer:
^ Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are 2WD and not equipped with Acceleration Slip Regulation (ASR)
^ Mercedes-Benz Maybach and smart vehicles that are 2WD and have "Dyno-Mode" capability (must be activated)

According to US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) procedures, if an emissions inspector has difficulty performing the I/M 240 test on a
2-wheel dynamometer, the following should be considered:
^ Test the vehicle on a 4-wheel dynamometer, or
^ Perform an optional emission test at idle +2500 rpm
An emissions inspector should also consider the options above if they are uncertain about the Dyno-M ode activation procedure or is uncertain about
which vehicles can operate on a 2-wheel dynamometer.

Cause:
Friction between seat belt height adjustment journal in guide slot.

^ Remove B-pillar trim
^ Apply a small quantity of lubricant between the seat belt height adjustment journal and the guide slot (Pic_1) using a thin, pointed implement
such as a needle
^ Install B-pillar trim
Note:
Do not replace the seat belt!

Reason for change
Complaint:
The electric folding outside mirror makes noises (whistling noise / meow noise) after reaching the end position.
Cause:
Electric motor continues to be energized after reaching end position.
This can cause audible vibrations in the folding motor (whistling/meow noise)
Remedy:
Retrofitting of a stall current module in the problem mirror:
Note:
Figure 2 shows the stall current module already installed in the cable set of the outside mirror
^ Remove service flap in door lining
^ Unplug connector of outside mirror from door control unit
^ Unlock connector (A) using a screwdriver (1) and pull off white cover (B) (2) => see Figure 1
^ Connections to be made => see Figure 1
^ Unpin pin 4 of connector (A) and connect to slot 2 of the enclosed coupling (C)
^ Unpin pin 5 of connector (A) and connect to slot 1 of the enclosed coupling (C)
^ Connect blue cable of stall current module (D) to slot 4 of connector (A)
^ Connect white/blue cable of stall current module (D) to slot 5 of connector (A)
^ Connect coupling (C) with connector (E) of stall current module (D) and fit white cover (B) on connector (A)
^ Finished assembly, see Figure 2
^ Reconnect the connectors to the door control unit
^ Secure stall current module (D) with adhesive tape or a cable tie to prevent noise
^ Perform function test and then install service flap

Spray brake disk friction rings (Figure 1) of vehicles parked for an extended time with zinc dust spray paint. Apply it to various points on the outside
and inside throughout the brake rotors. By turning the wheel or moving the vehicle a few yards, the dust will spread across the entire friction ring.

Cleaning Tin-Plated Surfaces
Prior to painting tin-plated surfaces do the following:
Procedure
1. Heat with an infrared portable radiant drying unit for approximately 15 minutes.
2. After the surface has cooled sufficiently, clean the area thoroughly with sheet-metal cleaner or degreasing agent.
3. Paint with approved painting material.
