- Vehicle cannot be started because the chassis CAN bus and/or interior CAN bus is faulty, CAN fault codes stored in quick test.
- Interior CAN bus malfunction or "Bus off"
- Overhead control panel nonfunctional

Attachments
Cause:
Wiring harness may be touching absorbers (see attachment no. 1) or jammed and thus damaged in the area of the roof frame at the transition to the
left front or right front A-pillar.
Individual lines may be pinched behind the absorber (see attachment no. 2).
Cable strand may be touching the edge of the absorber and individual lines may thus be chafed (see attachment no. 3).

1.) Remedy #1: Overhead control panel nonfunctional or interior CAN bus malfunction or "Bus off":
Check wiring harness in area of roof frame at transition to left front A-pillar.
Remove left front sun visor.
Remove left front grab handle.
Lower left front headliner.
Check wiring harness for damage in area of absorber (see attachment no. 1).
If the power supply lines or CAN lines are damaged, repair the lines with the familiar wiring harness repair methods (AR00.19-P-0100A).
2.)Remedy #2: Bluetooth nonfunctional
Check wiring harness in area of roof frame at transition to left front A-pillar.

Remove left front sun visor.
Remove left front grab handle.
Lower left front headliner.
Check wiring harness for damage in area of absorber (see attachment no. 1).
If the Bluetooth antenna is damaged, replace the Bluetooth antenna.
3.)Remedy #3: Failure or malfunction of multifunction camera or chassis CAN bus malfunction or "Bus off"
Check wiring harness in area of roof frame at transition to right front A-pillar.
Remove right front sun visor.
Remove right front grab handle.
Lower right front headliner.
Check wiring harness for damage in area of absorber (see attachment no. 1).
If the power supply lines or CAN lines are damaged, repair the lines with the familiar wiring harness repair methods (AR00.19-P-0100A).
4.)Remedy #4: Night View Camera nonfunctional or malfunctions.
Check wiring harness in area of roof frame at transition to right front A-pillar.
Remove right front sun visor.
Remove right front grab handle.
Lower right front headliner.
Check wiring harness for damage in area of absorber (see attachment no. 1).
If the LVDS cable of the Night View camera is damaged, replace the LVDS cable.
After completing the required repairs, ensure that the line routing is correct.
The cable strand must run between the absorber and roof frame (see attachment no. 1).
Fix the cable strand to the roof frame with felt so that the cable strand cannot slide onto the edge of the absorber.
