Our Terms
We provide free shuttle services to and from the two major airports in Houston, Houston Hobby and Houston Bush International. Whenever possible, please fly into Houston Hobby Airport; we are only 30 minutes away.
All sales are subject to a flat $125.00 Documentary Fee, a $39.75 State Inspection Fee, a $293 Dealer Service Fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .001685of the purchase price. Ex. A $10,000 purchase = $16.85 VIT Tax.
Our document and dealer service fees are collected by Texas Direct Auto and are not required by law.
Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, as well as registration / inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We can help arrange shipping worldwide at reasonable rates. Please contact your sales person for more details.
These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as ‘As Is’ condition. However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Vehicles 6 years old and newer with less than 75,000 miles may qualify for our 3 month or 3000 mile Lone Star Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty. Ask for details.
Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Fort Bend County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Fort Bend County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Fort Bend County, Texas.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Fort Bend County, Texas.
