Reason for change
Complaint
The brake wear indicator in the instrument cluster lights up because of a brake wear sensor fault message.
Cause
An insufficient gap between the pad backing plate and the wear sensor connector (see picture_1) means that, as wear on the brake pad increases, the
wear sensor connector is pried out by the pad backing plate and consequently the connection is broken.

Remedy
Remove edge on rear part of the connector (see picture_2).
